Morning Shift – 9:00 AM
As I pull into the parking lot of Joyology in Three Rivers, the morning sun casts long shadows across the freshly swept sidewalk. Today promises to be particularly interesting as we’re expecting a new product delivery.
The first hour involves our mandatory morning meeting, where we review compliance updates and discuss the day’s objectives. Working at a cannabis dispensary means staying current with Michigan’s ever-evolving regulations.
Mid-Morning – 11:00 AM
Our delivery drivers are preparing their routes, carefully mapping out efficient paths through Center Line, Burton, and Reading. Each delivery requires meticulous attention to detail, from checking IDs to ensuring proper documentation.
What We Handle Daily:
- Customer education and consultation
- Inventory management
- Compliance checks
- Order processing
- Product knowledge updates
Afternoon Rush – 2:00 PM
The lunch rush brings familiar faces from Allegan and Quincy. I love helping customers find the perfect products for their needs, whether they’re seeking relief or recreation. Our training ensures we can answer questions confidently and accurately.
Evening Wind-Down – 7:00 PM
As the day wraps up, we process final deliveries and prepare for tomorrow. Every evening includes thorough inventory counts and cleaning procedures. Working in this industry requires dedication to professionalism and precision.
Being part of the cannabis industry in Michigan means being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving market. Whether serving customers in our stores or coordinating deliveries across multiple locations, each day brings new opportunities to help people discover the benefits of legal cannabis.
Remember, at Joyology, we’re not just selling products – we’re fostering understanding and building community relationships across Michigan, one interaction at a time.
